Vijayakumar P is an accomplished educator and data professional with over a decade of teaching and research experience in business analytics, data science, and HR analytics. In Management, he has qualified the UGC JRF, cleared the UGC NET three times, and cleared the SET three times — academic credentials he treats as a foundation, not a finish line.
He works fluently across the modern analytics stack — Python, R, STATA, SPSS, AMOS, PLS-SEM, Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, GitHub, and Excel — and has guided cohorts of students and working professionals in turning data into decisions. His teaching spans business analytics with R and Python, HR metrics and dashboards, business forecasting, and business research methods.
Through Yuvijen, Vijay authors a growing library of interactive e-books that pair plain-language explanations with runnable code — bringing the same material he uses in lectures into a form that anyone, anywhere can pick up and learn from.
